Working with Webvinora
How long does it take to build a website?
Most business websites launch in 2 to 4 weeks and online stores in 4 to 8, depending on scope and how quickly content is ready. Your launch date is written into the proposal before we start.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. Projects are fixed-price and split into milestones. You approve each milestone before it's invoiced, so you only pay for work you're happy with.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the number of pages, features and integrations. Every service has a published starting price in US dollars on our pricing page, and every project gets a fixed, itemized quote.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site launches with the technical SEO basics: fast loading, clean structure, metadata and structured data. To outrank competitors on competitive searches, our SEO service takes it further.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes. We're a remote team working with businesses in the US and worldwide. We schedule calls in your time zone and communicate in English.
Who owns the website when it's done?
You do. The domain, hosting account, code, content and every login are in your name. If you ever move to another provider, you take everything with you.
Do you handle hosting and maintenance?
We can set up fast, secure hosting and manage updates, backups and monitoring on a monthly plan. Prefer to run it yourself? We hand over the keys and documentation.
What happens after launch?
Launch includes a support period to fix anything that comes up. After that, you can add a maintenance plan, SEO or ads management, or simply call on us when you need changes.
How do I choose the right web design agency?
Look for live work you can click through, a line-by-line quote, clear ownership terms and realistic promises. Be wary of anyone who guarantees the #1 spot on Google.
Prices & payments
Are these prices final?
They’re starting prices for a typical scope. After a short call we send a fixed, itemized quote. The number on that quote is what you pay, even if the work takes us longer than planned.
How do payments work?
Projects are split into milestones, usually a deposit to book your slot, then payments tied to design approval and launch. You only pay for milestones you’ve approved.
Is ad spend included in the ads management fee?
No. You pay Google and Meta directly for your ads, so you keep full control of the account and budget. Our fee covers strategy, setup, optimization and reporting.
Are there long-term contracts for monthly services?
SEO has a 3-month minimum because results take time to build. Local SEO, ads management and website care are month-to-month after the first month. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
What isn’t included?
Third-party costs like your domain, premium plugins or apps, stock photos, and ad spend. We list any of these in your quote before you sign, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Do you offer discounts for bundles?
Yes. If you combine a website with a monthly growth service, we’ll reflect that in your quote. Ask about it on your first call.
Timelines & collaboration
How long does a typical project take?
Most business websites launch in 2 to 4 weeks, online stores in 4 to 8, and apps or custom web apps in 8 to 16 weeks depending on scope. Your exact launch date is in your proposal.
What do you need from me?
Your logo and brand assets, access to your domain, and input at each review. We can write or polish copy for you; if you’re writing it yourself, content ready on time is the biggest factor in hitting the launch date.
How many revisions do I get?
Website packages include two or three rounds of design revisions, depending on the package. Small tweaks after that are fine; bigger changes become a written change request with a clear price before we do the work.
How do we communicate during the project?
By email and WhatsApp for day-to-day questions, plus a short call at each milestone. You always know what’s happening and what’s next.
Still have a question? We reply within one business day.
